Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a seasoned onboarding professional to drive client onboarding in the Transaction Banking space. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, due diligence, and documentation for diverse clients across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Risk and Compliance to deliver a seamless go-live.

The role requires strong PM skills, risk awareness, and the ability to train junior team members while maintaining proactive client communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, 1+ years in a client facing role.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and expertise across US, UK, European policy.
• Familiarity with policy nuances for transaction banking clients is an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills, with innate ability to create organization and structure.
• Process oriented thinker, with the ability to simplify and streamline complex processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to forge deep relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with a passion to learn at exponential pace.
• Experienced in building and training team members; leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Create a differentiated client onboarding experience from RFP to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to serve complex clients across jurisdictions.
• Work with QA and control teams to ensure policy is applied correctly across onboarding.
• Improve onboarding processes to shorten go-live timelines.
• Resolve blockers and challenges through cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain strong risk awareness and robust controls in client engagements.
• Establish governance and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Guide servicing teams through go-live and early-stage support.
