Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a seasoned Onboarding professional to drive client onboarding and due diligence for Transaction Banking products. You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to manage complex onboarding, KYC/CIP, and go-live activities.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to train junior team members in a fast-paced, global environment. Dallas-based with regional presence across key markets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1+ year in a client-facing role.
• Expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence and cross-jurisdiction policy.
• Knowledge of transaction banking policy nuances is a plus.
• Strong project management with organizational discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Experience in training and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and due diligence for TxB products.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance to satisfy complex requirements.
• Ensure correct policy application across onboarding processes.
• Streamline go-live timelines and manage product setups.
• Resolve blockers across teams with proactive problem solving.
• Maintain risk controls and governance throughout onboarding.
• Communicate status and milestones to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members during onboarding.
