Job summary

HERMLE USA, Inc. in Franklin, Wisconsin seeks a senior sales engineer to drive growth in high-end machine tools across designated regions. You will develop new business, support customers and sales reps, and travel regionally and internationally for training and demonstrations.

The role requires a graduate mechanical or electrical engineer background, ten years of sales experience in machine tools, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proven success in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer with mechanical or electrical background; deep machine-tool industry knowledge.
• At least ten years of sales experience in high-end machine tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and results-driven thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business in assigned regions and expand market potential.
• Support customers and Sales Reps/distributors with technical questions.
• Negotiate with customers and reps within corporate guidelines.
• Travel extensively to promote Hermle products and attend trade shows.
• Participate in overseas training and customer visits as needed.
