Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc. seeks Preschool Lead Teachers to provide nurturing care for infants to school-age children and to deliver educational preschool programs for two, three, and four-year-olds in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

The role emphasizes creating engaging activities, guiding behavior, and communicating with families while supporting individual child needs in a caring atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 6 months of program experience or related field.
• Child Development Associate credential, or 9 college credits in Early Childhood or related field with plan toward CDA.
• Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop activities that are fun and educational for young children.
• Instruct young children in rules of conduct and learning new tasks.
• Select appropriate teaching method and adapt to children's learning styles.
• Communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Proficient active listening to understand needs of children and parents.

We are looking for Full teachers to fulfill our rolls as: Preschool Lead Teachers.
