Job summary

Kids 'R' Kids Keller seeks a passionate Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to guide a developmentally appropriate classroom where toddlers explore and learn every day.

You will design engaging activities, support language growth, and build strong relationships with families while creating a safe, joyful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with 2-year-olds in a classroom setting.
• Previous lead teacher experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and milestones.
• Ability to prepare and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Excellent communication with children, families, and staff.
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead exciting hands-on learning experiences for toddlers.

• Singing, reading stories, and facilitating organized activities.
