Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc. is seeking Full-time Preschool Lead Teachers to provide nurturing, educational experiences for infants through school-age children in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, guiding children in behavior, and communicating effectively with families. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Early Childhood or related field, a CDA credential or plan to pursue, and at least six months of childcare experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field or equivalent.
• Child Development Associate credential, or, 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field, with a plan leading to a CDA credential.
• Six months of childcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop activities that are fun and educational for young children.
• Instruct young children in rules of conduct and learning new tasks.
• Select appropriate teaching methods and adapt to children's learning styles.
• Effectively communicate with children and parents.
• Practice active listening to understand and adapt to needs of children and parents.
• Demonstrate patience and compassion with young children.
• Duties as assigned.

We are looking for Full teachers to fulfill our rolls as: Preschool Lead Teachers.

We are fast-paced, rewarding, engaging and our goal is to provides care for children ages infants through school age in a nurturing and loving atmosphere designed to meet each child’s individual needs. We also offer educational preschool programs for two, three and four year olds.

Requirements
