BFLC Inc. is hiring a full-time Two-Year-Old Lead Teacher in Cartersville, GA to lead a busy toddler classroom. The role emphasizes creating a structured, nurturing learning space and coordinating routines with families and staff.

You will guide social-emotional growth, implement age-appropriate activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to foster development and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting (toddler experience required).
• Strong understanding of two-year-old development, routines, and behavior guidance.
• Experience in a lead teacher or primary classroom role.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred).
• CDA or TCC in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

What You Bring:
