Job summary

Just for Kids Preschool in Virginia Beach is seeking passionate Lead Teachers to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. You will design and implement age-appropriate lessons, lead daily activities, and support children's growth.

You should have at least 6 months experience, knowledge of child development, strong classroom management, and certification in First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain it.

• Experience with age-appropriate lesson planning and activities.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques for young children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to be fingerprinted for background check and Centeral Registry search.
• Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare.

Responsibilities
