The Learning Experience in Bristow, VA is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher for a 2-Year-Old classroom. You will lead daily routines, implement LEAP curriculum activities, and support language, cognitive, and social-emotional development in young learners.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement. We welcome applicants who love working with energetic toddlers and meeting Virginia licensing standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous professional childcare experience required.
• Experience with toddlers/two-year-olds strongly preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support daily routines for children in the 2-Year-Old classroom.
• Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Encourage early language, communication, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
• Help children develop independence with classroom routines and self-help skills.
• Provide positive guidance and support successful classroom transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow Virginia childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.
