Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher for a 2-Year-Old classroom in Bristow, VA. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour, based on experience.

You will guide two-year-olds through language development, independence, and social skills using our LEAP curriculum while maintaining a safe, engaging classroom and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous professional childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred.
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily routines for children in our 2-Year-Old classroom.
• Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities using L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Encourage early language, communication, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
• Help children develop independence with classroom routines and self-help skills.
• Provide positive guidance and support successful classroom transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with children and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership.
• Follow Virginia childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Early Childhood Teacher - Help Two-Year-Olds Learn, Grow & Gain Independence

The Learning Experience - Bristow is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our 2-Year-Old (Prepper) classroom.

Two is an exciting age! Our teachers help children build language skills, independence, confidence, and positive social relationships while introducing more structured early learning experiences through play, exploration, and consistent classroom routines.

If you have professional childcare experience and love working with energetic young learners, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
