The Learning Experience in Bristow, VA is hiring a Preschool Teacher for the 2-Year-Old classroom. The role focuses on nurturing communication, independence, and routines while delivering engaging early learning experiences.

Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour for full-time, Monday–Friday. The program uses the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and emphasizes safety, family communication, and growth opportunities within our center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous professional childcare experience required.
• Experience with toddlers or two-year-olds preferred.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements.

Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience – Bristow, VA
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Preschool Teacher – 2-Year-Old Classroom

The Learning Experience – Bristow is looking for a caring and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team and work with our energetic 2-year-old learners.

This classroom is an important bridge between toddlerhood and preschool. You'll help children strengthen their communication skills, develop greater independence, learn classroom routines, and build positive relationships while introducing engaging early learning experiences.

We're looking for someone with previous childcare experience who understands that two-year-olds need plenty of patience, consistency, encouragement, and fun!

What You'll Do

• Create engaging daily learning experiences for children in our 2-Year-Old classroom
