Responsibilities include onboarding, scheduling, budget oversight, and collaborating with providers to meet patient satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple urgent care or clinic sites.
• Proven ability to improve patient satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and cross-train site team members to policy standards.
• Staff the sites adequately and manage scheduling and attendance.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, and quality of care.
• Lead performance reviews and drive accountability through coaching.
• Manage budgets, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Providers and leadership to achieve goals.
