Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care seeks a Multi-Site Manager to lead two clinics, overseeing operations, patient care, staff performance, scheduling, and profitability across the sites. You will implement standards, mentor teams, and drive patient satisfaction.

This role requires about 50% travel within the region, strong leadership, and ability to optimize workflows, with a competitive salary from $60k+ and annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, clinic operations preferred.
• Ability to work alternate shifts and to float to other locations within a region.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation within region as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Must be detail oriented, well organized and reliably transportable to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and execute plans approved by leadership.
• Onboard, train and cross-train site team members to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and coverage for clinics at all times.
• Coach individuals and teams to meet performance goals and patient experience targets.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times and improve efficiency across sites.
• Collaborate with Providers to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Drive patient satisfaction and handle grievances per policy.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, safe facility.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and vendor payments; track labor and expenses.
• Lead site goals and promote a compassionate culture for patients and staff.
