Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two clinics in the Clifton Park area, overseeing daily operations, patient satisfaction, revenue, and staff engagement. You’ll ensure high quality, efficient care and alignment with the company’s mission.

Responsibilities include onboarding and coaching, staffing, performance reviews, coordinating with Providers and leadership, and driving improvements in patient flow and safety. Travel 50% within the region is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare environment and clinical experience preferred.
• May be required to work alternate shifts and may be required to float to other clinic locations.
• Travel required – approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement plans approved by leadership.
• Onboard, train and cross-train site team members to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Direct reporting relationship and oversight of all site team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Coach individuals and teams; conduct performance reviews and develop team members.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for shifts.
• Monitor patient flow and wait times to maintain high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Providers to ensure optimal patient care conditions.
• Recognize and reward teams for meeting goals and values.
• Follow scripts for patient rooming, discharge and callbacks.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and maintenance schedules for equipment.
