Responsibilities

• Support the Artistic Director in coordinating planning, preparation, and execution of both productions.
• Maintain production calendars, schedules, deadlines, and materials.
• Facilitate communication among directors, designers, stage management, artists, and producing staff.
• Assist with production logistics, venue coordination, and artist needs during rehearsals and performances.
• Support marketing, audience engagement, and special events for the repertory.
• Anticipate challenges and ensure timely follow-through on priorities.
