Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, facilitating cross-team communication, assisting with logistics, and supporting marketing and audience engagement for the repertory run.

Responsibilities

• Support the Artistic Director in coordinating the planning, preparation, and execution of both productions.
• Maintain production calendars, schedules, deadlines, and key organizational materials.
• Facilitate communication among directors, designers, stage management, artists, and producing staff.
• Assist with production logistics, venue coordination, and artist needs during rehearsals and performances.
• Support marketing, audience engagement, and special events associated with the repertory.
• Anticipate challenges and ensure timely follow-through on production priorities.
