Orange Dental Partners is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee staffing, operations, production, and growth across our North Palm Beach and Vero Beach offices. This high-impact role offers true ownership of how two practices run and grow beyond a traditional front-desk management position.

You will lead the team, build systems keeping both offices running smoothly, and drive initiatives to increase patient flow and accepted treatments.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental practice management or multi-site operations.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable results.
• Comfort with numbers: staffing, production, conversion, and bonus tracking monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff across two offices and build an accountable team culture.
• Design and roll out a treatment plan presentation and tracking system.
• Train the team to present treatment plans effectively.
• Build trackable results reporting to make performance visible.
• Oversee marketing and growth initiatives, including patient retention and referrals.
