Desert Valley Dental Group and Orthodontics seeks a Regional Manager to lead all non-clinical operations across its California offices. You will build strong teams and oversee operations managers to drive regional revenue growth, shaping a future growth strategy for the group.

You will identify new locations and lead high-level strategic execution while mentoring regional teams and ensuring consistency across offices.

Qualificações

• Multi-location management experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and make decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead non-clinical operations of dental offices and drive regional revenue growth.
• Implement strategic analysis and execution of systems for same-office sales growth.
• Develop and conduct regional trainings and meetings with strong presentation skills.
• Identify future PDS locations based on geography and opportunity.
