Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager - in-office to oversee operations for 6-10 practices, driving growth and process improvements and owning full profit and loss responsibilities. Daily travel to nearby offices is required to support operations and staff development.

You will train staff, partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing, and ensure adherence to the company's operating model and protocols while fostering a collaborative, patient‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care
• Profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Lead growth and process improvement initiatives.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility.
• Develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.
• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Provide training and development support to the staff.
• Evaluate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition for effective hiring and onboarding.
• Support daily office operations within the region.
