Qualifications

• More than ten years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Owns a large and complete assortment of appropriate hand tools and may have some specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors service team to meet department goals.
• Diagnoses and repairs heavy equipment following procedures.
• Plans and controls cost of repair jobs.
• Ensures quality control inspections of completed tasks.
• Maintains safety policies and procedures.
• Oversees labor sales and utilization targets.
• Disassembles/assembles components per manufacturer specs.
