Qualifications

• High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma required.
• Aerial lift and forklift certification required.
• Five to eight years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productive teamwork to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Models and promotes Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
• Select, manage, develop, and evaluate service personnel for high-quality workmanship in a repair/service shop.
• Communicate and monitor service department policies for consistency.
• Plans and assigns work; enforces policies; recommends improvements in repair methods and procedures.
