Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee two 24-hour Louisville locations. This hands-on role focuses on strengthening operational consistency, developing managers, and driving performance across both sites.

The ideal candidate has proven multi-unit leadership, a track record of implementing SOPs, and strong coaching abilities to elevate restaurant results. Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant management with multi-unit leadership preferred
• Experience implementing SOPs and improving procedures
• Strong coaching, training, and development of staff and managers
• Working knowledge of P&Ls, labor, food costs, inventory, and ops performance
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee two 24-hour restaurants in Louisville, KY
• Drive operational consistency and improve restaurant performance
• Develop and mentor restaurant managers and teams
• Lead shift coverage and ensure daily operations run smoothly
