Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Area Supervisor for high-volume, 24-hour fast food locations. You will lead a large, diverse team, maintain high guest service standards, and drive profitability through effective team management and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit & high volume of $5million per location.
• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in 24-hour operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture
• Results-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow with the company

Responsibilities
