Qualifications

• Several years of hospitality leadership experience, typically as an executive housekeeper or housekeeping manager.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), scheduling software, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to balance priorities and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Multi-property leadership: oversee daily housekeeping and laundry workflows across two locations and adjust staffing based on occupancy and inspections.
• Financial management: control budgets, payroll, expenditures, and inventory for both hotels.
• Quality & safety compliance: ensure brand standards and local safety guidelines are followed at both properties.
• Staff development: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate supervisors, room attendants, and housepersons across both teams.
• Cross-department communication: coordinate with front desk, maintenance and GMs to ensure room readiness and repairs.
