• Quality & safety compliance: ensure brand standards and local safety guidelines are followed at both properties.
• Staff development: hire, train, schedule, and evaluate supervisors, room attendants, and housepersons across both teams.
• Cross-department communication: coordinate with front desk, maintenance and GMs to ensure room readiness and repairs.

Our Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton is hiring a Dual Property Housekeeping Director. The dual property housekeeping director oversees the cleanliness, laundry operations, and staff management for two separate hotel properties at the same time.

Multi-Property Leadership:

Manage daily housekeeping and laundry workflows across both locations. Split time based on occupancy, guest needs, and inspection results.

Financial Management:

Control budgets, handle payroll, track departmental expenses, and manage inventory levels for both hotels.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure both properties meet brand standards, local safety rules, and cleanliness guidelines.

Staff Development:

Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate supervisors, room attendants, and housepersons across both teams.

Cross-Department Communication:

Work with front desk, maintenance, and general managers to coordinate room readiness and maintenance repairs.

Experience:

Several years of hospitality leadership experience, typically as an executive housekeeper or housekeeping manager.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), scheduling software, and inventory control.

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to balance competing priorities, travel between sites, and solve operational problems quickly.

Flexibility:

Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 hotel operations.

Hilton experience preferred
