Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts seeks a Dual Property Housekeeping Director to oversee cleanliness, laundry operations, and staff across two Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton properties in Newark, DE.

You will lead daily housekeeping across both sites, manage budgets and payroll, ensure brand standards and safety, and develop supervisors and room attendants for a 24/7 operation. This role requires travel between sites and strong hospitality leadership.

Qualifications

• Several years of hospitality leadership experience, typically as an executive housekeeper or housekeeping manager.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), scheduling software, and inventory control.
• Strong ability to balance competing priorities, travel between sites, and solve operational problems quickly.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 hotel operations.
• Hilton experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Multi-Property Leadership: Manage daily housekeeping and laundry workflows across both locations. Split time based on occupancy, guest needs, and inspection results.
• Financial Management: Control budgets, handle payroll, track departmental expenses, and manage inventory levels for both hotels.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure both properties meet brand standards, local safety rules, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate supervisors, room attendants, and housepersons across both teams.
• Cross-Department Communication: Work with front desk, maintenance, and general managers to coordinate room readiness and maintenance repairs.
