Responsibilities

• Lead operations across all departments to provide quality services within budget.
• Supervise department heads and manage staff development and discipline processes.
• Develop resident welfare programs and oversee resident assessment and care planning.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, move-ins/out, and family communications.
• Maintain records, budgets, invoices, and regulatory audits; ensure licensing compliance.
