Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site oversight
• Experience driving occupancy and NOI in competitive markets
• Strong hands-on leadership and community presence

Responsibilities

• Oversee two established Nashville communities with a single on-site team
• Lead budget, P&L, capital projects, and renovation ROI decisions
• Drive occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction through strategic marketing and operations
• Build a high-performing team across both sites and maintain strong vendor relationships
