Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Nashville to lead day-to-day operations of a single-family property community. You will manage staff, budgets, leasing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include rent collection, financial reporting, vendor management, inspections, and enforcing lease terms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee the on-site team.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting and owner.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
