• Ability to meet all state licensure requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and financial goals.
• Conduct property tours, collect payments, and negotiate leases.
• Inspect property, schedule maintenance, and manage vendors.
• Market apartments to achieve occupancy targets.
• Prepare budgets and document expenses and receipts.
