Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support elementary students at two campuses in Michigan. The role involves working with grades 1-3 at Westview and grades 4-5 at Mound Park, split across two nearby campuses.

Qualifications

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is required.
• Licensed for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state or eligibility.
• Experience working in K-12 schools with elementary focus preferred.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Consult with teachers and staff on strategies to enhance classroom communication supports.
• Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain compliant documentation of services and outcomes.
