Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our school-based team serving students in the Detroit, Michigan area. This is an onsite opportunity with a K–12 caseload and flexible options for full-time or part-time schedules.

The role involves evaluating speech and language needs, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy, and collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators. Travel not required; local placements encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation.
• Support students in achieving communication goals that promote academic success.
