Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Valparaiso, IN is seeking three experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC preferred; no SLPA roles) for the upcoming school year in elementary and intermediate settings. These contract roles offer flexible scheduling and support for diverse caseloads across several welcoming campuses.

Responsibilities include direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, assessment and intervention planning, multidisciplinary team participation, accurate documentation, parent and staff

Qualifications

• Current SLP license with CCC strongly preferred.
• School-based experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 70–100 students.
• Experience with developmental preschool through middle school populations.
• Collaborative mindset for consulting with instructional staff and support aides.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals.
• Assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies for a broad range of communication disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
• Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success.
• Adjust to placements at multiple sites, with flexible daily schedules and lunch breaks.
