Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience.
• Familiar with housing management, budgeting, housing agency regulations.
• Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing process: applications, interviews, and lease packages.
• Manage financial operations following rules and regulations.
• Perform rent collection, deposits, and vendor payments.
• Monitor turnovers and major replacements.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and input data into Yardi.
• Handle evictions and site inspections.
• Oversee building/grounds maintenance.
• Foster positive resident relations and respond to complaints.
• Coordinate marketing activities to promote the property.
• Organize resident retention events.
