Job summary

CCMC is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our community in Edmonds, WA. You will supervise leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations to ensure high service levels.

This role requires knowledge of Fair Housing laws, strong administrative skills, and experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site. In-person work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a property manager.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing, move-ins/move-outs, and resident communications.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with team to achieve community goals.
