Job summary

engineeredfloors is seeking a Twister Operator to feed the twisting machine with raw fiber, monitor processes, and ensure product quality. You will remove twisted product and place it on buggies or boxes, while maintaining safety and efficiency on the line.

The role requires standing for long periods, good manual dexterity, and ability to follow detailed instructions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with strong reading and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Read & Write Instructions effectively.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supply the twisting machine with raw fiber and monitor processes.
• Remove twisted product and place on buggies or boxes as instructed.
• Verify case labels with specs and doff packages per schedule.
• Refill yarn and replace empty tubes with replacement yarns.
• Tie creel yarn with Weaver's Knot and maintain clean work area.
