Job summary

engineeredfloors is seeking a Twister Operator to feed the twisting machine with raw fiber, monitor processes, and ensure product quality. You will remove twisted product and place it on buggies or boxes as directed, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include pulling raw yarn from the bullpen, refilling yarn, and maintaining continuous operation with attention to creel placement and spec sheet accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read and comprehend instructions effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team.

Responsibilities

• Supply the twisting machine with raw fiber as required.
• Patrol, service, and monitor the twisting machine and product quality.
• Remove twisted product and place on buggies or boxes per instructions.
• Follow all safety, plant and quality guidelines.
• Refill buckets with raw yarn and replace empty tubes as needed.
• Tag positions needing repair and restart any broken process.
• Keep all positions running unless actively being serviced.
