Job summary

One Love Agency in Idaho seeks a Director to lead our Twin Falls office, overseeing the refugee program, behavioral health services, and the administrative side. You will hire, train, and develop staff, and serve as the face of One Love Agency in the valley.

You will work with therapists who are themselves refugees, uphold compliance with IDAPA and payer requirements, build census, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high-quality care for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or related field is preferred.
• Master's licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT) opens clinical work.
• Real experience in mental and behavioral health.
• Ability to build relationships with refugees and community partners.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure intake, scheduling, benefits verification, records, and billing flow.
• Ensure IDAPA standards, payer requirements, and audit readiness.
• Grow census across refugee and behavioral health services.
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Lead direct service if licensed.
