One Love Agency is seeking a highly organized Refugee Program Administrator in Nampa, Idaho. This full-time role supports refugee clients by coordinating referrals, intakes, scheduling, and documentation, while collaborating with interpreters, case managers, and community partners to ensure timely access to services.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience with EHR and Medicaid-related processes, and a sensitivity to diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations.
• Experience with EHR and MS Office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referrals, intakes, scheduling, and client communication.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and maintain records.
• Monitor documentation and Medicaid-related requirements.
• Coordinate interpreter scheduling and client services.
• Support staff with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and regulatory requirements.
