Job summary

The Clinic Supervisor at Twin Cities Orthopedics, an i-Health division, oversees day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments to ensure excellent patient service and delivery of care. This is a full-time role based in Burnsville and Eagan, with hours 7:00am–5:00pm and minimal nights or weekends as needed.

The position leads staff recruitment, training, scheduling, payroll processing, and performance reviews, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or applicable experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and retain staff.
• Coordinate weekly staff schedules for coverage.
• Act as liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Present data on quality, service, teamwork, and integrity in meetings.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and payroll changes as needed.
• Participate in community outreach events.
• Other duties as assigned.
