Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics, an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments in Burnsville and Eagan. You will ensure excellent patient service and delivery of care while managing staff, scheduling, and payroll processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or applicable experience) and at least one year of supervisory leadership in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or applicable experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/leadership experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (HIPAA, Stark, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and retain clinic staff.
• Coordinate weekly staff scheduling for appropriate coverage.
• Operate as liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency of patient service.
• Conduct frequent, timely communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct annual reviews of direct reports, including compensation adjustments.
• Complete payroll processes in HRIS; manage leaves, time off, transfers, terminations.
• Participate in community outreach events.
• Other duties as assigned.
