Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience. Healthcare setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and retain staff.
• Coordinate weekly staff schedules.
• Liaise between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
• Complete payroll processes in HRIS.
• Participate in community outreach events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
