Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinic departments and ensure excellent patient service and delivery of care.

This full-time role, based in Burnsville and Eagan, requires supervising staff, coordinating weekly schedules, training, payroll processing in HRIS, and serving as a liaison between management and clinic staff to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff
• Recruit, train, manage and retain employees
• Coordinate weekly staff scheduling
• Act as liaison between management and clinic staff to improve quality and efficiency
• Conduct meetings and one-on-one sessions with staff
• Complete payroll processes in HRIS and handle leave/time off requests
• Participate in community outreach and corporate duties as needed
