You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate weekly schedules, and serve as a liaison between management and clinic staff to improve quality, service, and teamwork.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare; familiarity with HRIS payroll and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, and retain employees.
• Coordinate the weekly staff schedule for coverage.
• Act as liaison between management and clinic staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct meetings and one-on-one sessions; share information timely and accurately.
• Conduct annual reviews including relevant compensation adjustments.
• Complete payroll processes in HRIS including leaves, changes, and terminations.
• Participate in community functions related to outreach events.
• Other duties as assigned.
