Preply is expanding growth initiatives in the United States. We are seeking a Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist to lead tutor acquisition end-to-end, building scalable channels with a data-driven approach. You will partner with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Product teams to drive high-impact growth and optimize performance across channels.

You will own the acquisition engines, experiment with new channels, and report on outcomes to inform budget and strategy in a fast-moving, evolving marketplace.

Qualifications

• In-depth hands-on ownership of tutor acquisition channels.
• Ability to build and optimize multi-channel acquisition engines.
• Growth mindset with testing, learning, and scaling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize SEM and paid social campaigns for tutor acquisition.
• Partner with Marketing SEO and CRM teams to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion.
• Own job board strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other boards: sourcing, postings, relationships, performance tracking.
• Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (referrals, affiliate).
• Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework and guide budget decisions.
