Job summary

The Neiders Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our Envi Extended Stay properties in Las Vegas. You will maintain guest units, common areas, and systems, perform routine repairs, assist with unit turns, and respond to guest service requests to keep properties safe and welcoming.

Strong focus on accountability, legendary service, and maintaining high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, extended-stay environment. Requires weekend shifts and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures).
• Complete unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with property emergencies and safety checks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready spaces.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
