Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Aspen Meadows in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform repairs, unit turnovers, and proactive maintenance to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. After-hours on-call rotation is required.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of hands-on maintenance in residential settings, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC/carpentry knowledge, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential settings.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• Unit turnover ("Make-Ready"): Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move-in experience.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
