Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction, substation, utility infrastructure, or industrial EPC projects.
• Strong field execution, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts to drive field progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey GIS and STATCOM substation projects from kickoff to turnover.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and commercial issues to protect margins.
• Interface with customer at project level and lead status meetings.
• Identify risks, drive safety and quality, and ensure on-time delivery.
