Job summary

Divcon Controls, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a hands-on Control Technician to support DDC/BAS or PLC project work, execute installation verification, startup support, field documentation, and issue escalation under the direction of Senior and Lead Technicians. Responsibilities

• Start up, commission, re-commission customer systems that utilize DDC or PLC technology
• Provides solutions to mid-level systems problems either troubleshooting the system or assists others on how to resolve problems. Works with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
• Verify field installation against drawings, schedules, point lists, network architecture, addressing tables, and project documentation; flag discrepancies to Supervisor or the Senior or Lead Technician.
• Be able to provide turnkey project delivery on specific site systems
• Unitary systems (VAV/FPB/FCU)
• Small AHUs/CRAHs
• Basic CW/HW Systems
• Perform verification checks in accordance with L2 to L4 requirements, and support L5 and IST level commissioning for turn-key datacenter execution
