Job summary

Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead turnkey lighting retrofit projects for national retail and commercial clients. You will oversee planning, execution and closure to realize energy reductions, improve comfort and aesthetics, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree and have experience in high-volume project management, with strong communication, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit project situations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and onsite contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement, budgeting, installation, logistics and rebate facilitation for approved projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, initiation, execution and closure.
• Coordinate with property managers, building owners/engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers and vendors.
• Negotiate labor pricing and site assignments for go-back work.
• Track project go-backs and ensure timely completion and invoicing.
